Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact support@flowflip.co with your order number. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and the correct return address.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
You may open the package and try the products at home. To qualify for a refund, the products must otherwise be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we may reduce or refuse the refund where permitted.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, place a new order for the product you want and return the original item in the usual way. This helps us process exchanges faster and avoids unnecessary delays.
Refunds
Once your return has been sent, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
You will receive an email when your refund has been issued. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Important
* Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
* You may use any shipping carrier, though we recommend a tracked service.
* If a discount was applied to your order and the return means the discount terms are no longer met, the discount amount may be deducted from the refund.
* If you no longer want your order, please accept or collect the delivery first and then arrange the return in the usual way.
* Uncollected parcels are not treated as a standard return. Where permitted, we may deduct the actual direct costs caused by the failed delivery and return handling.
