Can I use FlowFlip in the gym?
FlowFlip is made for before and after training.
On the mat, you roll barefoot.
Can I wear them every day?
Yes.
FlowFlip is made for everyday use around training, travel, recovery, and the rest of the day.
What size should I choose?
Choose your usual footwear size. Our sizes are unisex and come in combined sizes, for example EU 42/43.
Please check the size guide before ordering for best fit.
Do youth sizes work differently?
Youth sizes follow standard footwear sizing.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the European Union, except Malta and Cyprus. We’re working to make FlowFlip available in more countries soon.
When will I get my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Not for orders shipped within the EU.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact support@flowflip.co with your order number.
How should I care for my flipflops?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Let them dry naturally.
Do your products meet EU material regulations?
Yes. All materials comply with applicable EU regulations, including REACH.
