Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the European Union (except Malta and Cyprus).
More destinations will be added soon.
Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. During launch periods, holidays, or higher order volume, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method.
Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship with carriers such as DHL, DB Schenker, UPS, and PostNord.
The carrier used depends on destination and service availability.
Uncollected parcels
If you no longer want your order, please accept or collect the delivery first and then arrange a return in the usual way. See our Returns page for the return process.
Uncollected parcels are not treated as a standard return. Where permitted, we may deduct the actual direct costs caused by the failed delivery and return handling.
